Clean Surroundings makes every attempt to get orders processed and shipped the same day. If that is not possible, then your order will ship on the next business day or the day after a postal holiday. For delivery to an alternate address, an order may be shipped to one of up to five different shipping addresses entered and selected on the Delivery Information page when checking out.
Account address and shipping address
When you open an account, the first name and address to be entered is considered to be the primary address for your account and it should be the same as your credit card billing address. This address will also be used to calculate sales tax on those sales that are taxable (Texas residents only) (Supplements are not taxable anywhere). If your order will be shipped to an address other than your billing address, it may be entered on the Delivery Information page later in the checkout process.
Your email address
Your email address is required to login to your account.
If your email address changes, you are not required to open a new account. Please do the following before placing an order :

log in to your account with your OLD email address and password

in the "My Account" box, click on View or change my account information.

edit your email address to your NEW email address.

click on continue
After your new email address is listed in your account information, you may place an order and order status email will be sent to your new email address. Subsequent logins must be made with your new email address.

Austin Air Products
Austin Air products are shipped via UPS Ground. Tracking information is usually forwarded to you within one business day after we process your order. We offer Free UPS Ground Shipping to destinations in the Continental USA for complete air purifiers and replacement filters. Replacement filters come with a pre-filter. Except in extreme conditions, pre-filters usually do not need to be replaced separately. Orders for pre-filters only are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.00.

We have discovered that one of our competitors is advertising "Free Express Shipping". Reading the fine print on their shipping information page will disclose that they actually offer Free Ground Shipping with faster shipping options available at extra cost. We can only assume that the term "Free Express Shipping" means that your order will be processed "quickly" for free. Clean Surroundings will also process your order quickly for free. That is the way it should be and we don't charge for UPS Ground Shipping. If you prefer 2nd Day Air or Overnight delivery, it is available at extra cost just like at our competition. Please call with your zip code so that we can obtain a quote. Your order will also be insured at no extra cost. If there is shipping damage to your air purifier when it arrives, call 866-460-7873 with the serial number on the side of the box and I will take care of the problem as quickly as possible. Again, no charge. Austin Air Purifiers are very good machines. We will do our best to ensure that you are a happy customer and breathe clean air in your home just as we have been doing since 2001. intraMAX, intraMIN, and intraKID by Drucker Labs
intraMAX, intraMIN, and intraKID are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
USA and its territories: We offer FREE USPS Priority Shipping with a $50.00 minimum purchase to destinations in the USA and its territories. Orders for less than $50.00 will be charged for USPS Priority Shipping. If you desire Express Shipping (actual charges apply) and require that the order be shipped the same day, please call 866-460-7873 to verify that delivery expectations can be met. The USPS will not guarantee shipments that are shipped after the cutoff time.Delivery to domestic destinations is usually made within 2 - 3 business days. Express shipping is available at actual cost. Note: While Priority shipments are usually delivered within 2 - 3 business days to destinations in the United States, the USPS will not guarantee that delivery will be made in that time frame. Express shipping must be selected for guaranteed delivery time.
International Destinations: We ship to Australia, Canada, Denmark, France, Great Britain, New Zealand, the Philippine Islands, and Thailand. For shipping to other countries please send an email so that we can accommodate you. We offer Free USPS Priority Shipping on orders of $200.00 or more to international destinations. Orders under $200.00 are charged the actual rate for shipping. Up to 3 - 33 oz. bottles and 12 travel bottles will fit into a USPS Priority Flat-Rate Box. Delivery to international destinations is usually made in 10 - 14 business days but may take longer depending on how fast customs is able to process orders out of the US and into your country. The customer is responsible for all local duty and taxes at the destination.

Orders received before 3:30 pm CDT are shipped the same day or, if the post office is closed, the next business day. Orders in the US: expect delivery 2 - 4 business days after your order is shipped depending on distance from North Texas. International orders must clear customs and may require up to 10 - 14 days for delivery. You are always notified by email when your order is shipped.
