This is not meant as a treatment protocol rather as a nutritional supplementation protocol.

• Two tablespoons = one ounce
• Three teaspoons = one tablespoon
• Six teaspoons = one ounce
• One capful of intraMAX or intraMIN = one ounce

How do I take intraMAX?

• Shake well before use.
• Best taken on an empty stomach, do not dilute with juices, foods, or water.
• Refrigerate after opening.

Hold the product in your mouth for a minimum of 60-seconds before swallowing. After swallowing, sip away at 8 to 10 ounces of bottled SPRING water. You may eat food no less than 30-minutes before or after your dosage. Do not take medications, caffeine, or other supplements within two hours of taking intraMAX. For best results, use intraMAX or intraMIN for six days and then take the seventh day off and repeat.

The Less is More Protocol

Start the first six days with:

• one teaspoon in the AM (ideally on an empty stomach - first thing upon arising),
• one teaspoon 60-minutes before or after lunch and
• one teaspoon just before 6 PM.

 Do this protocol for six days (seventh day off, i.e. Sunday)

The person then starts into The General Maintenance Protocol and after two months or so into The Detox Protocol.

The General Maintenance Protocol

Monday: 1/2 ounce two times per day

Tuesday: 1 ounce two times per day

Wednesday: 1/2 ounce three times per day

Thursday: 1/2 ounce two times per day

Friday: 1 ounce two times per day

Saturday: 1/2 ounce three times per day

Sunday: off

The Chemically Sensitive Protocol

Monday: 1/4 ounce two times per day

Tuesday: 1/2 ounce two times per day

Wednesday: 3/4 ounce three times per day

Thursday: 1/4 ounce two times per day

Friday: 1/2 ounce two times per day

Saturday: 3/4 ounce three times per day

Sunday: off

The Detox Protocol

It is best to not start with this protocol, rather evolve into it after having taken a month or two with The General Maintenance Protocol. You may do this once a year as a basic detox, or twice a year as a maintenance detox, and or three times per year if you have some health issues that you feel you need to address in this manner.

This supplementation protocol will help to pull toxins out of the body so expect numerous reactions such as skin rashes, headaches, tiredness, constipation, diarrhea, and any other thing that is out of the ordinary. All these things will pass within either minutes, hours, or a few days; regardless you must be aware that some of these things may occur.

The Athletic Protocol

One tablespoon before an event and one tablespoon after an event. It is not unusual for the dosage to be one ounce before the event and one ounce after an event. Another variant is one ounce or one tablespoon after an event. Adapt this protocol to the athlete's needs.

The Stress Protocol

This is The Maintenance Protocol with an added ounce or tablespoon sometime in the afternoon from 2 to 6 PM. This is for those particular days that you anticipate or are experiencing stressful situations and feel the need for extra supplementation. This can also apply to menstruation days.

The intraMIN Topical Spray Protocol

Put four ounces of unflavored intraMIN into a clean plastic bottle and keep refrigerated when not in use. Spray on dermatological conditions such as sunburn, acne, psoriasis, eczema, bruises, and varicosities. Can be sprayed onto the scalp and into hair and then massaged in. Can also be spritzed onto the face and neck (will not harm the eyes).

The intraMIN Soaking Protocol

Soak gauze in unflavored intraMIN and apply to osteo or rheumatoid arthritic joints for at least 15 minutes with at least two hours off before repeating. This can be done throughout the day and night as often as needed.

Protocol Exceptions

Diabetes: unflavored intraMIN, one ounce, thirty-minutes after each diabetic medication. Introduce flavored intraMAX when patient's blood sugars begin to stabilize. Dosage: one tablespoon in AM and one tablespoon 30-minutes after each diabetic medication: one extra tablespoon around 5 PM.

Fibromyalgia: begin with the Less is More Protocol with intraMAX. Evolve into The Detox Protocol and then into The Stress Protocol. In conjunction use unflavored intraMIN as a topical spray or in a gauze to soak into the trigger points: it can stay on as long as needed.
