intraMAX® Autoship is available at Clean Surroundings.
When you subscribe to intraMAX® Autoship:
- Your PayPal account or credit card will be billed for $80.00 and 1 - 33 oz. bottle of intraMAX® will be shipped via Priority Mail.
- At 4-Week or 5-Week intervals, your PayPal account or credit card will be automatically charged for $80.00 and Clean Surroundings will receive a "Notification of Payment Received" from PayPal. Upon receipt of each payment, Clean Surroundings will ship 1 - 33 oz. bottle of intraMAX® via Priority Mail.
- You may cancel the autoship subscription at any time.

Note: A PayPal account is required to subscribe to intraMAX® Autoship but you are not required to maintain a balance in that account. Payments may be made with your PayPal account balance, major credit card, or the backup funding source specified in your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, you will be given an opportunity to open one. A PayPal account is required only for the "Autoship" feature and not for purchases through the online shopping cart.
